HOW TO DRINK
Boukman Rum is dry, complex, and plays well with others, making it an excellent spirit for mixed drinks and cocktails.
EASY SERVES
Ti’punch
- 1 ½ oz Boukman Botanical Rhum
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- Disc of lime
- Ice if desired
Slice a dollar-sized disk from a lime, squeeze the juice into the glass, add sugar syrup and rum.
Saut d’Eaux
- 1 ½ oz Boukman Botanical Rhum
- 3 oz coconut water
- 1½ oz lime juice
- A few grains of salt
- Ice
Build all ingredients in a glass and stir.
Old Fashioned
- 1 ½ oz Boukman Botanical Rhum
- ¼ oz PX sherry or other sweet wine
- Dash Angostura bitters
- Large ice cube
Stir over ice and serve.
